US President Donald Trump’s niece has filed a lawsuit, accusing him and two members of the family of fraud and conspiracy.

Mary Trump alleges that Mr Trump, his sister Maryanne Trump Barry and brother Robert Trump, who died in August, cheated her out of an inheritance.

Ms Trump, who in July launched a tell-all memoir in regards to the president, is searching for to get well hundreds of thousands of {dollars} she claims to have misplaced.

What’s in Mary Trump’s lawsuit?

The lawsuit was filed in a New York courtroom on Thursday.

It says President Trump and his siblings needs to be tried on eight counts, together with fraudulent misrepresentation and concealment, and civil conspiracy.

The lawsuit says that Mary Trump “inherited invaluable minority pursuits within the household enterprise” after the demise of her father Fred Trump Jr in 1981, and that “Donald, Maryanne, and Robert dedicated to observe over her pursuits as fiduciaries”.
